Our SPC software was written in-house with QS-9000 standards in mind. It is networked throughout the office and plantwide. Upon request, we can provide SPC data on the processed product in the form of paper, fax, email (HTML), and email with an attached Microsoft Excel spreadsheet.

Custom Production Tracking Software

Our custom production tracking software allow us to look up any information about a part whether it is currently in our plant or was shipped a couple of years ago. All information about every part can be found on our local intranet.

We perform an incoming inspection on all of the parts that we receive. This is done using a custom incoming inspection program written in-house. Once the incoming is completed, the information is stored for retrieval at a later time. This information can be retrieved from anywhere on our intranet in the form of reports. This helps us continuously develop our processes and communicate information with our customers.
