Electronic Gaging

Temperature Controlled, Central Coolant and Filtration System
Coolant management is an essential part of process control in high precision grinding operations. We have an automated central coolant system that eliminates variables in our coolant. The system maintains the temperature, cleanliness, and mixture of the coolant delivered to the grinders. Our coolant is chilled to a constant temperature no matter what temperature it is outside. This helps us maintain those critical tolerances on a consistent basis.

Double disc grinding can replace lapping, surface grinding, and blanchard grinding in some applications!
